They are 8 mm except for the Pink Jade, Green Jade, Clear Crystal, Amethyst, Yellow Jade and Amazonite, which are closer to 9 mm in bead size. They are adjustable and stretchy and should fit a man or woman’s wrist 6″ to 7.5″. They are considered unisex bracelets, wearable by ANY adults, teens and kids with 6″ or larger wrists, up to 7.5″ wrist. The ONLY bracelet that has any metal is the MULTI-STONE/Crystal POWER Bracelet with the Silver-Plated Spacer Beads. It has SEVEN DIFFERENT BEADS: Lapis Lazuli, Blue Turquoise, Imperial Stone, Tiger Eye, Carnelian, Amber Resin and Amethyst.
