2 sets of micro hinges for a stop motion puppet wrists (1 left, 1 right)
Included:
2 eyeglass hinges
2 M1 screws 8mm long, pan head (cross)
2 M1 hex nuts
Dimensions of an assembled hinge – 16mm long, 3mm wide, 4 mm deep
Note: the left parts and the right parts are different!
How to:
Assemble the hinge
Snip the end of the screw with wire cutters (it will be a bit too long).
The hinge opens 180 degrees (straight line).
Experiment with increasing the range of the wrist movement by carefully bending the ends of the hinge (see the photos).
